Welcome to Bridigix ("we", "our", or "us"). By submitting your information through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS"). These ToS govern your use of Bridigix, a private, opt-in hiring network connecting candidates with startups.

1. Scope of Service

Bridigix provides a curated matching service for two types of users:

• Candidates seeking relevant startup roles
• Startups seeking pre-vetted candidates

No other types of accounts or usage are permitted. All interactions occur via forms submitted through our website or direct communications.

2. Eligibility

• By submitting information, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.
• Candidates and startups must provide truthful, accurate information.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in wrong matches, unsatisfactory experiences, or account termination.

3. Accuracy and Truthfulness

Candidates must submit accurate professional information. Inaccurate submissions may lead to being matched with unsuitable startups or missing opportunities.

Startups must provide accurate role descriptions. Misrepresentation can lead to poor candidate matches and harm Bridigix's reputation.

Bridigix reserves the right to verify submitted information and may remove users who submit false or misleading data.

4. Matching Process

Bridigix operates as a private matching network. Candidate and startup information is shared only when a relevant match exists.

Users acknowledge that matches do not guarantee employment or offers, and outcomes may vary based on individual decisions.

5. 60-Day Replacement Guarantee (Startups)

Bridigix offers a 60-day replacement guarantee for startups when a candidate hires through our platform.

This guarantee applies only to candidates placed through Bridigix and does not cover declines or withdrawals due to personal decisions outside our process.

6. Liability Limitations

Bridigix is responsible only for errors caused by our matching process.

We are not liable for:

• Candidates declining offers
• Startups changing hiring plans
• Any personal decisions affecting placement outcomes

Users agree to hold Bridigix harmless from claims arising from these situations.

7. Account Use and Misuse

Users may be removed or banned for:

• Submitting multiple accounts from the same individual or IP address
• Misuse of the platform or submission of false information
• Ghosting after initiating serious hiring requests or candidate applications

Bridigix reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at its discretion.

8. Data and Privacy

Use of Bridigix is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected.

By submitting your information, you consent to the collection and processing of data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These ToS are governed by the laws of Canada, with jurisdiction in Mississauga, Ontario.

Any disputes arising from the use of Bridigix will be resolved under Canadian law.
